    Solar Powered It planes so is it FE?

    I through together a hull with some solar cells and a nine eagles geared motor.
    520mm20 1/2in and 260grams/9oz. Cost was $60AUD

          Is it completely solar or does it have batteries that are charged by the panels?

            Being only 9oz in weight my guess is just solar, but I too would like to know

              It has a 3.7v 1s 130ma battery for the Rx only.

                          Sure, I can help. I have set up a house that was grid connected with a battery backup, and a camper van with enough power to run a small house. I can speck out the parts, but install may need to be handled, in part at least, by an electrician to get the federal discounts.

                            Thanks for the reply. The setup you have built is awesome. It will be very helpful if you mention the parts and the associated details. I checked out the site and got to know a number of programs for my state.
