Hi Jerry,

Yes there is racing in southern Ont. in the northern lights rcboat club once a month at the Beamsville site , with the fossil burners, big race in early Aug, with all Fe classes, great FE race in Michigan 3-4 hour drive at a great site with great hosts that bend over ............ backwards to make your racing weekend a hoot, with more spare parts and tools than you can shake a stick at to make your weekend fabulous !!! Not to mention great racers from all over North America come to this race to try out there latest handy work on hulls and props pushing the limit ! So come on out and play boats, You will need a valid IMPBA/NAMBA Membership card. Also a bunch of FE/fossil burner guys get together on Thursday nights in Burlington at the beach, no club affiliation.

Yes I am Mike two more days and the days start getting longer ! a true sign we are heading to summer and there is no frozen water here in the great white north. As a matter of fact I put together that whip lash larry made , put on my rubber boots and went down to the lake and gave it a kick at the can for half a dozen laps ....... great for mid December.

It has been awhile.

Some of us old Toronto guys are still around and running boats.
