Motor runs when I turn off TX

Problem solved. I do remember about a month ago for some unknown reason I had lost the bind to the receiver and while at the lake I did rebind the receiver and gave no thought of reprograming the fail safe. I reprogram the failsafe an out is find now. Thanks to all that offered suggesting and comment. This forum has a great amount of information.
