Battery size JAE 45 FE

Hi,

New to FE building a 1/10 scale Hydro and planning a FE JAE 45 outrigger.

Could someone advise battery size/capacity single or dual setup to suit TP 4050 and 180A ESC?

The standard JAE 45 is a poor choice for FE without rebuilding the tub - which makes little sense because most of the short kit is the tub. It is really too low to cover packs, ESC and motor without some creative hatch/tub redesign.

I built one a few months ago for a friend that was ordered from Zippkits, was easily able to fit a Leopard 4092 and Thunderpower 6s 5000's in it without any modifications.

That's not the normal factory tub Oscar. The factory tub is about half that height. I can see plenty of room in the tub you show.
