6s set-up for 32'' Wildthing mono?

Hi all i have a 32'' Finch Wildthing mono hull weigths 60 oz had this hull set up on 4s very hard on lipo's and motor's +esc's + not the 55 mph +performance im looking for. Would there be any advantage for considering a 6s set-up ? I would have to use 2-3s lipo's in series as there is no room for 1-6s pack . What kv and size motor would be required? What about esc ? What mah lipo's would be required ? What other factors would i have to consider? Regards Andris Golts .

3.75lbs is not too heavy for P mono really depending if that is bare hull weight oor with hardware including motor mount, etc...
Do you plan to race Andris or just sport run?

If you only run 1P you batts need to be up in quality.

Hi Andris, 1600KV or 1700KV should be okay.

As Ray pointed out, that hull should run 50+ on 4s with quality batts and/or 4s2p with a proper sized motor(4074, 4082, etc..........) 2000-2200kv. If you are set on 6s consider a 4082 or 4092 in the 1500-1700 kv range. I run a 39" mono with a Castle 1717 on 6s2p, if you can find a 1717 your boat would be a beast.

I'd go 4s2p, SF 220, SSS 4082 2000kv- 2200kv. If you can get a decent used Neu 1521 1.5D like I use for P mono, you can't beat it to death. I turn a D/t x452 2 blade or more for oval racing. I run a Df 33 hull but, going to a Cyberstorm.
