I'll be posting up the rules and stuff tomorrow to inform all the new people how we do things but just wanted to see who's been naughty and nice anyone got some goodies to toss in the mix for the annual OSE Christmas giveaway this year?
I been waiting 364 days to kick things off again!
We will begin as usual the day after thanksgiving and go until the first of the year.
Free to gift as many gifts as you want.
One gift per user unless otherwise noted towards the end when some gifts are left over if everyone is playing by the rules and agrees then we sometime open it up for one additional gift.
Here is how it works:
1)A forum section will be opened up the day after thanksgiving or right around there.
Everyone and anyone on the forum can participate!!!
2)If someone has a gift they want to offer up then they make a thread just like in the for sale section.
You may gift anything you want it does not need to be boat related.
(Giver specifies what the item is and how they want to have shipping covered or take care of it themselves.)
Same rules apply first person to say I will take it gets it.
3)Once the item is gifted the giftor posts the username of the person they are giving to into the gifted to thread so everyone knows and can help me keep track of things.
(ONLY 1 GIFT PER PERSON)
(NO ASKING FOR SOMETHING, like I NEED A MOTOR WHO HAS ONE?)
(DO NOT POST I WILL TAKE IT IN MULTIPLE THREADS)
4)If you take a gift then make sure your going to use it not something you hope to use one day.
You may not resell the item you were gifted at anytime or you will not be able to participate in the gifting again.
If you get something and end up not being able to use it then re-gift it to someone else.
Things to be noted:
You do not need to gift something to get a gift but it would be appreciated.
This is about the giving spirit and enjoying the OSE family together and holiday season.
Keep things civil and honest or I will shut things down if necessary.
We have done this for over 4 years now and have never had a problem id like to keep it that way!
