I started spraying my bearings and in side of my motors this summer when I learned about corrosion X on utube ,does it do any good to spray the outside of the ESC and servo? Or does it only work on actual metal surfaces and conductors ? Good to know its a lubricant cuz I put it on each bearing before running in salt water, boats are a blast,

Spray inside of the ESC, aim the nozzle into the openings on both ends of the heat shrink wrap. For servos you must open the case, both upper and lower halves.
Best results on ESC is to buy the THICKER Viscosity variety which I believe is a greenish label. DrWayne used that and one of his ESC was under water for days if not weeks and was still ok when retrieved.Too many boats, not enough time...Comment

Interesting, may be for legal reasons they can't admit that.
I don't know, but the lack of response can be indicative that we are right about that. I have used the regular Corrosion X liberally on all my tunnel out board motors.l must admit that part of my fondness of this oil is its smell.

I received a reply from Corrosion Technologies in 20 minutes:
I’ve never heard of Scorpion Bearing Oil. It is not CorrosionX…at least we do not sell to them and if they buy it from one of our distributors and re-label it, we have no knowledge of that. Interesting though.
