I did spray corssion X into the foam areas on each end ,the reaction to the foam and shrink wrap was surprising ,RCBB recommended the stuff ,the foam and wrap got mushy,

So I cut open the shrink wrap today ,they are 200 A ESC each separate, they were so sealed up it was hard to tell ,long and flat about 2" x4 " with a thin blue box and 4 caps ,I opened up the one causing problems and it was dry ,it had little holes on the bottom where the caps wore thru the wrap ,I plugged it in and it works fine ,so I'm gonna spray alcohol on it or corrosion X what ever you recommend ,re wrap it and try it out in a simple boat ,last time it ran 2 passes before going nuts ,what do you think ? I have anouther issue I need help with ,new sea kings have the same old 2small caps on the leads plus anouther bank now wired into the ESC, the small caps burned ,maybe salt water did it ,I know it says to replace the stock caps with the same ones ,but here goes ,sea King 180, the small caps are 35v 390 uf ,can I put one 1000 uf frame the OSE store ? Or better yet install that castle bank they have ready to solder in between the wires ?

I just checked the RCBB site ,needed a hot spot to get service ,these are RCBB 200A ESC ,these along with TP 2050 -2100 kv motors ,they really sing ,so here's my next thing I need help with ,I put together anouther twin 41" kind heavy because of extra overlay ,I chose leopard 4082-1800 kv running on 6s ,should be about the same as the TP 2100 on 5s,installed sea King 180a ,not really fast with ABC 1815 props so Chris sent me 3blade props ,don't have the # handy ,but the point is these motors don't really zing up there like the TP,could it be the cheap ESC not supplying enough power? Wish I had duplicated the Zonda set up ,I do have 2150 leopard motors I can install but I think that will be to much for the sea kings ,after running out the big 6s lipos the motors and ESC are just a little warm ,the lipos are a bit warmer ,I want to go faster, bigger motors ?are the sea kings holding me back ?help please thanks

That starts out great then circles back around to right where I am ,so the sea kings can hold back power but what is anouther good ESC. ? What are the fast guys using I guess is my question ?in the buggy world I experiance this all the time ,buy a hobby King for 100$ use it till it quits ,or buy a tekin for 300$ ,go a lot faster but they have problems too,I'm still learning this boat stuff ,so if you were building a big twin what ESC would you recommend ? These 180A do work hard on my single 36" boats on 6s ,so I know I'm close to their limit,

Castle sale. Needs to be water cooler and water proofed.

The market is too small and the buyers are too cheap. Reality vs dreams.
