Definitely after the cloth epoxy has cured.

One more question on West Systems. Which hardener are you using 205 fast or 206 slow? I would be doing this in FL, where the garage temps are from 70 to 95 deg.

I used slow hardener in Las Vegas in the summer outside. This was at night 95+ degrees and the WS101 set up in about 4 hours. I wouldn't use slow at 70 degrees if I wanted to work on it the next day. Just remember the slower the cure the stronger/tougher the final product.

The K number is the amount of individual carbon fibres in thousands that make up the tows that are woven into the cloth, 1k is a very fine weave with minimal print through that may be used as a top layer for cosmetic reasons or on small parts for its greater flexibility, but is very expensive. Conversely 12k is a very course weave that is cheap to make and good for relatively flat areas where texture is not an issue.

Spread tow fabric is a little different as the tows are spread out thinly into flat strands before being woven, this give the ultimate in lack of print through whatever k, the k determines the size of the squares in the chequerboard effect, flexibility will be very poor for all Ks.

Should I apply another thin layer of resin on the top side of the cloth? I mean, I will apply a layer of resin into hull then I will place the cloth its place, after this should I apply an other layer of resin from the top side of the cloth?

I decided to build this hull perfectly. I brought the hull to a friend of mine which name is Serkan Cigir. He is the leader in my country in rc boat hobby. He decided to put 90/m2 carbon cloth inlay to the hull. I will choose the motor. I havent decided yet. Any recommends very well come. Will post pics soon.

Esc will be seaking/turnigy 180A, or 240 HV swordfish. I have both in stock. I will decide up to the motor choise.

                        Hi tuncd,
Your CG needs to be around 30-33%. Use your battery position to be the adjustment. The hardware looks good. If you want a better coupler get an MPB one, but that one should be ok.
Are you going to play, race or zoom zoom? This will ultimately affect your motor choice as far as kv goes.

                          Peter,

I will play with it, I will try to race, to be honest I am a little confused, couldnt find the motor, it has to be Leopard.
If you may recommend a motor you are very wellcome.

As Trav has said TP 4050 or 4060. I have both, in my pursuit the 4050 2050kv (4s), and my new Q hydro 4060 1620kv. In the 1400-1600 kv range for what you are doing should be good.
