4mm Motor shaft to 5mm adapter??

I'm looking for some adapter sleeves to make a 4mm motor shaft adapt to a 5mm collet.

    I have 1/8" to 5mm, but can't seem to find 4mm to 5mm.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

If you can find a scrap motor with 4mm shaft, the internal brass shims may be 5mm. You can also look on eBay at the sellers from China. So far closest I've seen: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Round-Brass-...item43dc4fde32

      5mm shaft?

This is one of the few 4mm collets I have seen: http://mbp-rc.de/Spannzange-4x32mm

Actually, something like this is what I'm referring to:

This is for my motor test bench, to allow me to use the 5mm sized high-precision prop adapter on a 4mm motor shaft.

Maybe I just need to get a 4mm reamer and open up one of these.

I hear you. Couldn't you machine that out in a lathe? Just use numbered drills and lots of cutting fluid.

          Oops, missed your last sentence...
