Anyone have an etti demon rigger?

If so, how do you like it? Does it have decent room for electronics?

I wanted an idea of what size motor and Esc I can fit in this hull and how the build quality is.

I had both versions (standard and narrow tub) and the build quality is very good. As for space, the standard version will allow you to fit a 3650, but not more, unless you modify the cover...

The narrow version is lighter, performs better, but you need good laparoscopy skills and planning to fit everything. I use a 2860 from TP and it fits perfectly. You could fit a 36mm motor, but you will have limited space for the ESC (usually goes aside the motor)

Once I get home, I'll attach some pictures.

          Hey Travis,
I recently bought the last one from OSE. I'd be willing to part with it because I bought on a whim and probably won't be able to touch it for a couple years with all of the other projects I have going. It's never even been out of the box, so brand new.
I paid $199 and I'd be willing to send it to you for that plus exact shipping costs. Probably $15 shipping
This would be a little cheaper then buying direct from ETTI.

          Have fun with that....

Deal. Did you buy the clamps too? I was trying to pay Steve up front for one but he wouldn't take my money till it comes in. I know I can sell him one tho. Let me make sure with him. I'm not sure if he ordered an extra for me and don't want him stuck with it. I have a buddy that may get yours if not.

No, I didn't get the clamps with it. Just let me know and I'll get a shipping quote.

Does anyone think a castle 1410. 3800kv on 2s and 3s would work well in this rigger?

Here are some pics of my Mk2.
I moved the booms forward to allow for angle adjustment, but I also had to do some surgery to the tub, as the battery would not fit... I extended the opening with about 5cm, barely fitting a 3S battery.

Thanks for the pics and info. I ordered the same strut yesterday on a whim it may work. Good to see it will. I did order a different rudder tho. We shall see how that works out. Thanks a bunch!
