Sounds like they ship pretty fast for sure. I live in the states, Alabama to be exact, so, it would probably only take a couple of days to receive an order.Comment

[QUOTE=martin;647102]Do you normally get charged any duty with items entering the UK from ose. Ive only bought 1 motor from OSE around $125 & did not get charged any UK customs at all but that was around 2-3 years ago. Item also arrived in under a week to the UK.[/QUOTE
It all depends on two factors...declared value of items....more than 135 quid, duty does apply......over 15 quid VAT applies

While we're on the subject, It also appears to me that Steven actually has a handle on his inventory. To list items out of stock, you would pretty much need to update the site nearly every day! But this way we know when we are shopping that an item isn't available, and YOU can choose to shop elsewhere, or contact him as to when it will be restocked, and trust me, he will tell you. Some,, retailers will take your order regardless of inventory, and make you wait, while they resupply without even letting you know.

In a way I agree with you, however I still have an original windows ME (winders xp3) disk and I was always fond of that OS . It had subway nice functions and options that its predecessor didn't have and it was immune to all the viruses and crap that also plagued XP.
Windows vista was a great operating system for what it was but its downfall was it was far too memory intensive. It required 2gb of memory minimum just for the OS, for as Windows XP or MA only required 64nb & Windows 7 Ultimate only uses 75 mb of ram.
I won't go into detail about Windows 8 other than to say it's a steaming pile of bantha foo doo. As far as Windows 10 goes I flat refused to use it because it only has one purpose. It maybe a decent operating system but if you read the Terms of Service Agreement you give the feds the right to watch, listen and monitor everything that you do online regardless of what it is, that's the only reason it's free....
I'ge been running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit since it came out and I really like it and I see no reason to go with anything elseComment

Btw, if you haven't seen it or played with it yet, you should check out the 2012 release of Windows XP 4 multimedia os w/ sata & raid support.
Microsoft had it available online as a free download for a while so I downloaded 2 copies of it and burned them both to disk so I wouldn't lose it , it's a really nice operating systemLast edited by gsbuickman; 11-03-2015, 03:30 AM.Comment
