Set it on the table and put center of prop even with bottom of sponson and adjust from there.

ok thanx but had to raise the hull up cuzz it wouldn't sit flat on table, other than that the prop ctr is lined up with the sponson, is that what ya mean?

probably pulling the aquacraft Top speed 3 instructions from the aquacraft web site will give you all the starting points you need. hope that helps.

didn't really get too much about motor install so will just have to trial and error

I can post a picture of mine later tonight, but yes B. Again, set it on a flat surface and the prop shaft should line up with the bottom of the hull where it makes contact with the flat surface. It doesn't have to be exact as you'll need to make adjustments once you run it. Why wouldn't the boat sit flat?

If you look on page 18 they have the boat sitting on a setup board and the prop shaft is sitting just on top of it through a cutout. This is what you want. The middle picture you can see the hull and the back side of the lower unit. There's also good advice on page 21 and 22.

the boat will sit flat on a table however was getting confused about "how the hek can ya sit the boat flat and fit the motor with the bottom of the keel hitting the table LOL "brain fart" but yes I can now sit it flat with the stern hanging off the table edge and hold the motor up so when ready to mount the prop shaft will lineup with B and yes shoot me a pic of yours when ya can thanx

Here you go, it's got a lot of negative because the last race was very rough.
