    Zonda parts hrlp

Well testing my Zonda to take it to the bay and the port side flex cable twitted and bent right at the coupler, this caused the flex tube to move and broke the tube mount that is glued into the hull ,so what is this mount called? Like an eyelet, are they universal or specific to a Zonda ? Help please ,thanks ,I was running 12s ,perfect water ,never really hit top speed ,I was working my way up and about the 6th pass the cable let go ,could have been my fault I had just greased them and tightened the couplers but not super tight,

If I epoxy back on the top of the eyelet will this hold? Or do I buy a new mount to glue to the hull?

Stock is a 2 pc drive shaft ,I assume a 1 pc would be better? Would it go right in where the 2pc is now?

I had the same issue on my setup, broke the stuffing tube bracket. Did you find a suitable replacement "fix?"

Yes I took fiberglass mesh and JB weld, kind of made a rope our of the mesh with JB worked all in ,then laid it over the top of the broken eyelet ,molded it in ,came rack later and added more JB ,worked all summer ,even broke that flex drive again but my fix held
