Xpower 100a - what should settings be for Lipo & NimH

Help required - what should the correct setting be for the Xpower100a esc
I have the xpower program box - All i have used it for so far is to set up for boat/Lipo/ reverse OFF

other features :-
Controller type can not be change it is set on 40a
Timing choices (0-30) ??
Frequnecy choices 8khz - 16khz - 32 khz?? (I use stock radio)
Acceleration Soft/ Medium/ Hard ??
Accumulator Type - Lipo/ Li-pol/ NiCd/ NimH (set Lipo)
Number of Cells 2-5 (set 4)
Lilo/Pol Cut Off - Per - Cell choices 2.0-3.2V ??
Cut off type - Slow/ Hard ??
Throttle Curve- logarithmical/ Linear/ Exponential ??
Power limit for - Forward 75-50-25% ??
Power limit for - Reverse Off/ 75-50-25% ??
Delay 0.25s-0.5s- 0.75s - 1-5s ??
Forward Point - Auto/ 1.75-2.0mS ??
Reverse Point - Auto 1.0-3s ??
Timing Monitor - On/ Off ??

These are the settings I have used on my X 100 ESCs in my twin Jolly with 2 Ammo 2300 motors, on 4S lipos each.

Reverse Mode - Off
Timing Mode - 1
Frequency - 8
Acceleration - Soft
Accumulator Type - Lipo
Number of Cells - 4
Cut off Voltage - 3.1
Cut off Mode - Slow
Throttle Curve - Linear
ABS - Off
Power Limit - Off
Forward Point - Auto
Reverse Point - Auto
Timing Monitor - On
