Could you get to the back side? If so, resin and fiberglass cloth to fix and reinforce it. If not, depending on how bad- I've used CA if it isn't too bad, or resin "pushed" in from the outside to repair it. Also, depending on where it is, you could tape it closed and tape along the edge of the seam so it doesn't run out (used electrical tape) and pour the resin from the inside and roll it into that area. If you tape it right, it will be pretty smooth when finished and may not any or much sanding.

I have used CA when it's a tiny little crack... if it actually opens more then say...2mm the you should use something else... some sort of epoxy.
With the thin CA, you can just spread the crack and soak the area with it... hold it tight until dry... my transom still holding on my 24" hydro.

Devcon makes a product called High Strength Plastic Welder. It is a two part epoxy applicator that is formulated to repair hard plastic, metals, concrete, vinyl, pvc piping, and best but not least fiberglass (polyester). If you mix it with micro balloons, it can be easily sanded. It is sold at most hardware stores such as Ace, and I've seen it at "Wally-World".
