Are you getting your hardware from them? What rudder / strut did you choose? I would be up for getting my building supplies at the same time also if possible.. Tfl has some decent stuff... I'm looking to use a 4070 tp on 6s in mine FYI... Can I get you my part numbers?

Also if I get a hull from you I get the one with the straightest ride pads correct :) haha!

I'm trying to get a hardware list. For simplicity I'd rather just get the hardware from the ose store and a couple items ose doesn't carry from kintec. I can walk you through what you need. Strut an rudder are very important to set this boat up right. I have a killer combo I'm using but the strut has to be modded is you want to use a 3/16 shaft. Ride pad mod isn't needed. See my cheetah threads I've posted here lately. We've got probably the fastest one out there and it handles like its on rails and handles chop. We did no mods to the ride pass although I was prepared to if we needed to. The boat should be in the 90's soon. It takes a full throttle turn on 6s at 65mph and it don't phase it.

I'm in for a hull.... And if you have a killer hardware combo then I'm in for that too... I might pay you to do the mod if your interested as it appears you've got a good handle on that. The rest of the gear I can source easily more locally like you say... Let me know our next move.... And the cost of the hardware... Does the strut you speak of have a skeg?

No skeg buddy. That was a band aide fix on this hull for the wrong rudder. The rudder I use works perfect and it turns awesome. A skeg is just more drag.

I need a rudder like this Trav.... Lol JK... I put a diff rudder on the MM and decided I mount the stock upside down... This boat is DRY on it's top ... And now when I get over zealous I airboat it in with full steering lol... Worked flawlessly so far! Haha... Boat is dialed in sponson side down and the upside down rudder does nothing to hurt normal running in fact the rudder turns the appropriate way when going in the turns... Almost think it's helping :) MM 5s 4400mah 65-130c packs .. Leopard 4074 2200kv....T180... X442... 63 mph.

Oh and FYI 10s nanos are two totally seperate 5s packs... Great bargain buying and splitting them up!image.jpgimage.jpg

Same reason Tom did it. It doesn't get better as a dealer BTW.

I have an account too. I had a DBA with tax ID and everything that I was using for multiple things. I just don't order. Selling boats.....been there done that. Back in the plastic days I built a machine to make them.

The shipping on hulls is steep. You're likely already aware of that part if you were buying direct though. The only way to offset the shipping is to buy other things too. Hardware, speedo, etc. Then sell those bits for a modest profit to cover the shipping of the hulls. It's tough to break even on hulls with the shipping so high.

Following. I might be interested in a hull too Travis.

Yea I've figured this out. shipping is higher than a lot of the hulls. I wish Steve would buy a container of them so we'd be able to buy them stateside.

Travis lmk on the other stuff... no huge hurry, find out what i'm in for and let me know. I'm a sure thing on the hull and the hardware you suggest.

                        and...

Ray.... HK had the big sale as we mostly all know, well these packs were mis marked during the sale... they were supposed to be $157 discounted to $99 each.... they were $50 each even plus shipping for the 10s 4400mah 65-130c packs.. only last a few days in the sale before they fixed and put as disc to $99..... heck ya... excellent 5s packs for $25 each! plus a bit of shipping... I bought 10 of these packs and it was $582 shipped for them... kept 6 of them in stock form for my Avenger 44" that runs 10s2p, and the other 4 I broke up (8 packs) for my other stuff... was a great deal... I'm SUPER impressed with the power of these packs.

I will also say the 65-130c Nano's are great packs!!!!! .. the key is easier break in cycles, and don't take them down to over 3.85 volts per cell while breaking in.... after 5 or so cycles they became much less prone to issues, I've had great luck with them in all my models..

I'll send you links to the rudder and stuff you need when I get a free minute. They have mostly everything here. I think about the only thing you need to get from kintec is a motor mount. I need to sweet talk Steve into having some similar to kintecs made up. They are an awesome motor mount but could be longer. I'm actually having some longer side plates made for these (Monojeff). Drives the price of the mount up a bit but it will fit bigger motors better. See how it's too short for this to 4070...
