Was looking around Towers site and came across the Aquacraft Motley Crew RTR is "dis-continued" Not sure if AQ is gonna do another theme or what,but dis-co'd is what it reads.Lucas Oil cat is still available.

Just got a reply from Tower/GP.They say it isn't discont. temporary un-available.They are upgrading the radio system. Tactic TAJC0300. Just thought I'd share.

Yea, they make these boats in batches, there is usually a gap in production depending on what they are building at the factories in China.

Even though the put the Revolt 30 in production, for at least one more batch, there is no advertisement on Aquacraft's site. Only the Lucas Oil, UL-1, and Motley Crew are advertised in the RTR FE class of boats.

I wished they upgraded the Motley Crew with the same hardware as the Lucas Oil / Revolt 30, though I think the hulls on Motley Crews were actually stronger than Lucas Oil hulls. Grimracer stated they glass was supposed to be thicker on the Lucas Oil, but we have seen quite a few Lucas Oils breaking seams and cracking hulls in sub-50 mph runs, hardly any Motley Crew failures.
