Help blueprint my sponsons

Hello
It's time for blueprinting my sponsons at my Apparition Cat
The thing is that the middle step is higher than the first and the last as you can see at the photos and is not flat but they have some angle at all length of the step
Also the angle is going to the tunnel side for now
All I have to do is to make flat at all dimension ( length and width)???

After I reinforce the inside of the boat with fiberglass cloth then I apply epoxy filler at the sponsons.
Then because I was boring sanding the epoxy I was think to make the sanding job with the CNC router and the result was just perfect
