1521 with .150 cable or .187

I am building a DF33 currently and debating on the motor choice. One that I am thinking about is the 1521 1.5D. The hardware I have is for a 150 cable and I was wondering if that will be enough cable. The motor will be at the back of the boat so the cable is going to be fairly short.

Don't even THINK of using a .150 cable. The 1521 1.5D can swing some big wheels & the .150 will fail. Go .187 & 'git 'er done !

I agree with propperchopper. But if you want to go with it if you like to launch props.

Thats pretty much what I figured. I really have to decide if want to spend that much money on a motor.
