The flex shafts actually get shorter under load, unless they are turning the wrong way.

Ok. Im very sure that they are spinning the right direction.
They came like this out of the box and other people have explane it to me. But i could upload a pics very soon and let you take a look one more time. It is very clear that they must spinn the direction they are twisted together to not untwist it.

Remember the motor on right rotate to the right with the clock
Motor to the left rotate to the left anti clock

I wasn't saying that you have them wrong, I know we've already covered that. I was just explaining that the flex does not get longer under load as you mentioned, it actually gets shorter.

Kinda why I questioned the rotation. If it was unwrapping at all maybe that would explain it growing. In use they tighten and would get shorter but actually that only occurs while still under load. Relaxed they don't usually change a whole lot.

If it is fully in the square and too long when it is all the way in the collet just cut it down so it fits.

I understand. But why does it cause problem when its little to long when is been little shorter under use?
It also vibrate a lot when i test it on my table. Ugly noice when it got a few rpm on the motor. But no vibrate or issue on the right side.
I also think that would help to cut it. But im unsure.
When i need a new flex shaft i need to cut it a bit on the left side. Do not have the tools and is easy to get wires untwinned when you cut?

This is a factory issue. Im going to send it back and say that i want a new boat or money back.
Fair enough. If it not had issue from the beginning i would run it more than one minute on the first week that i bought it.
I used the smash shark last year with the same driveline but in 3/16. If the 4mm genesis driveline is very week i do not know if i even want it anymore. But its sold a thon of genesis around the world. In this case my boat got a issue from factory, but i have reed that almost everyone want to upgrade to 3/16 shafts..

Tfl have got many input from this forum that we want the genesis to have the 3/16 like the smash shark and almost all other tfl boats. But they do not listen. Why do they deliver the most popular Tfl boat with a smaller driveline and almost all other models with 3/16?
I must have a answer on that question. Smash shark and pursuit is a cheap boat but they have more solid driveline.

Usually it is not recommended to bench test, but as you said, it is only "a few RPM" and it's OK.
So when you look at the vibrating side, does the collet wobble? How is the motor shaft w/O the collet? Does it wobble?
I don't think I have any new idea to offer, but sometimes the collet is machined badly, it even happenes to US Made Octura, so I would not be surprised to TFL collet that is not running true....
In any case, I wish you good luck dealing with the factory. You have your rights and I believe you must do whatever you BELIEVE that is RIGHT for you.

Yes i know?, only a few rpm. Not mutch trottle at all :)

Motor coupler seems fine. I notice that when the esc count the lipo the motor coupler motor shaft moving a bit like you easy toutch the trottle. But nothing vibrate on the motor side. It just rear.
The stinger also moving and vibrate, and i remember to mount the adjust screw to the stinger tight.

I deeply suspect that the bushings in your stingers are faulty, you said you have a new shaft ( the prop part of stinger) ? You can roll the shaft on a glass table top and feel if there is any bent...

I ordered complete new stinger with shaft to be sure that everything rear was new. Just not the stinger mount.
It is a mystery that the flex shaft is longer out and that make a big issue..
