Villain Ex Carbon prop kit install help!

I purchased the carbon fiber prop kit from the OSE store for my villain ex. The instructions are rather confusing. They say something about using the included fuel tubing as a spacer or cutting the prop shafts to a shorter length. I started to install the kit and it appears to me that the prop shafts are already at the proper length, and that cutting the shafts, or using the fuel tubing would make them too short . I was wondering if anyone has installed this kit? If so, what needs to be done to install it properly? Any advice and/or a picture of the kit installed would be great. Thanks.

Some of the old drives needed the shafts cut shorter.
If they dont need to be cut, dont cut them.
    Install them and your off.

Alright. One other thing. I was also going to install the graupner u joints. I noticed that they are shorter than the stock traxxas u-joints. Would that mean that I would have to adjust the outdrive trim to compensate for the difference in length?

all those parts should fit like a glove i just replaced my shafts and added the octura props x447 l+r and it wasnt a hassle to put in..i also did the u-joint mod too there was also no issues on the length either...make sure you have the 4mm u-joints...either way its easy to trouble shooot
