Itching to get back into boats

Im dieing over here..

We recently bought a camper and parked it at a permanent spot on a lake..
Some of the local kids have the cheap wally world boats.. THings dont even produce a wake on calm water.


Its making me want a boat again..
Ive been lurking on here for a few weeks, checking out the swap shop.
Im interested in buying something RTR.
My building days are out...well for now atleast.

Wanting something 30-45", deep V preferred.
Wanting it to run around 50-70mph comfortably on good water. (Of course)


I had a few SV's and a nitro SW36. I miss that SW36 boat..
Wanting to stay with electric power though to respect the other campers..

There's no rtr boat from a company that I can recommend at this moment....however if you wait a couple months that may change.....

At this point you'd have to buy a built boat from someone. You might could get away with a pursuit but in rtr form they aren't built near as well as a custom boat is. You could pick up a revolt or a impulse 31 but those won't go that fast with some tinkering. 50mph is not hard to achieve with with but gets old quick. If you set your goal on the higher end of your spectrum then it's more fun but you'll need an esc/motor/flex shaft upgrade for sure.

I would be looking closer to the 800 dollar range for mine. After going over it this morning I realized I may have been asking too little.
Lmk what you think of that price point.
I'm still on the fence about even selling it... Heh
