thanks your guys, i keep looking at it to the point my gf laughing at me , i will post my 1st video here, my 1st run will be at my Hotmbc club as soon as i received the esc, my target was 80mph+ after prop selected, but my hope kinda.... down a lil bit after i weighted it the other day, 20lbs this one suppose to be a realiable and fast enough for me playing around.

weight should not be an issue with brushless and lipo power, you might need to add weight to keep it on the water at 80+
The Manx has been sitting dormant, but I think I finally have my motivation back. I hope to see it float soon.

I relise that i have so less experience with HPR hull even i used to own a 85mph Hpr115 before this one, yes, you are so right, Germans running 100+ with it and with tons of weight but diff motors, i just want to cut down the amp draw by reducing weight so i can able to prop up, im turning 30535rpm w/o load, i need the prop about 3.3-3.5 total pitch to running 80+, let start from x450 then 452, 652 then 1.7 if needed but i really dont want go more than 55mm dia prop, i choice this strut over the scale one so i can able adjust the level straight, hopefully its help too, i will get 2 prop set for this cat, one for oval and one for SAW from propshop, On the bright side, im running twin, hopefully its will draw much less amp than single set up, im kinda dissapointed with 1527 series, its has monster torque and also getting hot so easy, i burned one by running just x452 on my 40 Sprint cat let see it in action, i will post the following up info, just let the fun part begin. Btw, i wont give up easy on this one, i will try to take all whatever the 1527s can give out then 2215s or 3060s are next.

The photos just do not do the boat justice, it is beyond gorgeous. The interior rigging is also awesome - just like most of Kevin's boats it has nice but time-consuming details. It is so much fun to just LOOK at the boat! I'm sure it will run beautifully too...

looks like you need a bigger pond to hit 80

Its good to see it running almost so perfect!!! It definitle makes that pond look small!!!
My prop hasn't been wet in a while.

There looks like it might have a slight porpoise to it. not as much as the first video though.

this wedge acts like a tunnel tab and settles the boat down.

Other than that, the boat looks great on the water. Good luck and enjoy your run for 80+

its ran beter with calm water but the nose still lifting up when top speed comming, my cg now at 45%, boat is 22lbs, i will try angle down the strut later or adding more weight at the front, what do you think? i like the tunnel tab idea too and i will try it next.

moving batteries (weight) forward will help
