my favorite pond is full of weeds!

Went to my favorite pond for the first time this year and it's full of the tangle weeds thought at first it was grass that the park dumped into it when they mowed the grass so my boat would blow right through( not )got tangled had to get my trusted fishing pole to get it back. I am screwed. Can't run on it, anyone else have this happen?

Yep we get weed issues. This was our solution. The first pic shows the 'calm water' which is all weed, all the way to lane two on the front straight. We cleaned a lot of patches of the course with this setup. Takes a few clubbies of course!
