Teflon tubing

New to sport, was just curious how often should I replace teflon tubing in stuffing tube, i.e. like how many runs? Thanks,

I have some boats that are a 5 years old and still have the original tubing in them.

No need to replace unless it gets damaged somehow....Lube the cable after every outing though.
