    Blue printing a cat hull

To square the pads or not? Note i already did. My question is does any one else?

The boat is a mean machine 2 carbon inlay, 1515 2200 castle 4s2p running 50.9 since pad work. It ran 51.1 the day before skuffing and squaring.

If your thinking that it slowed you down, I doubt it unless you messed something up. Your only .2mph off. That can be from a different amount of grease on your flex. Too many variables from day to day. Your lipos could have been 10 degrees cooler on the second day. Etc

Once i got home i went ahead and greesed the shaft and lubed the motor bearings. We will see what happens. The boat rides like its on rails

Do lipos temp really make a difference? If so can i warm them up to get more juice?

Yes, low battery temperature on any battery will reduce output amperage...that is less than 25C..... at freezing or below you can loose up to 50% of capacity.....up to 45C you will gain about 10%

You show a picture with a straight edge across the hull. What do the pads look like along each side front to back??

                    Check this out.

As you can see there is a slight roll off, should i fill it with marine tx and re sand? In the video he sands all three pads at the same time. I sanded each one seperate. Should the pads all be the same height? The rear set are a bit shorter then the middle set

The profile should be left alone as how AeroMarine had designed it, I don't have mine with me to check now, the thing to check is to place the hull on a glass top and check if the port side profile mirrors the star board side and vice versa.
The slight roll off is a no-no, this is like a "rocker", it will promote porpoising motion. I thought MM hulls are pretty good at not having this issue. Was this there or it happened after the sanding?

I know, and also as shown by your earlier pictures that when you placed a wooden block ACROSS, the pads aren't flat. But did you change the height? I just wanted to know for my own curiosity...
