begginer build - WASABI 600 + 450

Hello,

I am in the middle of building a WASABI 600 and 450 scaled down models. I have a blog that I am currently writing and hope to gather some expert opinions/advice.
I am a complete beginner to RC boats and hope this will be a great learning experience for me and my 3.5 yr old son who will help/observe the building etc.
