    So the 8 7/8" measurement may be different from one apparition to another depending where it teeter totters?… this is without the batteries in the hull?

      In the above post I took the time to write our for you, I stated move the batteries until you get the cg correct....so yes, with the batteries in the boat

        Once more, measure 8 7/8" from the rear most bottom edge of your sponson/ride pad and mark it. Put the boat on some that that you'd have to balance it on. PUT THE BATTERIES IN THE BOAT AND MOVE THEM FORWARD OR BACKWARDS until the boat is balanced on the I just you put below it to teeter on. Mark where you batteries ended up. Use this position next run.
