Hobby King princess flex shaft replace parts

Anyone know HK Princess boat flex shaft length and size
? Or any advise replace parts ?

The Princess is a 4mm flex shaft. I replaced mine with a one piece shaft.

You would have to buy the shaft and then cut it down to length. I would not depend on what lengths other's have since there could be variation on how far or back the motor mount is on the boat. Best to purchase and then cut to fit your boat. I got mine at Kintec.

(4mm Welded Flex Cables 4mm flex cable with 4mm Stainless Steel ground shaft. Excellent quality and very strong. Very well balanced and true running. 15 inches long (380mm). Has a 4mm standard thread.)

Just to confirm. We are talking about the Pincess Yacht from Hobby King. You will have to measure how long it is on your boat and cut it to length. What I did to measure is I inserted it into the flex shaft all the way into the collet. Made a mark at the end of the stinger. Pull it out, take the measurement and transfered the measurement from the end of the flex shaft. Make sure to take into account the the length required for the drive dog, washer and some gap spacing.

I'm using the upgrade ose shaft for the sv27. Length is the same. Might need to change your strut bushing also but you can use much wider range of props.
