BEC Circuit

Hello all looking for some help with wiring to eliminate the BEC in my speed control. I have a twin setup running two separate speed controls and a spectrum 3000 receiver. I am currently just plugging everything in and it works ok but I think it would be better if I power the electronics seperatley. Whats your thoughts and what is the best way to proceed.

Simply pull the red wire pin out of the plugs in your Y harness at the ESC plugs. Just tape them back to the harness.
