    building a electric boat questions

    hi I'm new to the site I 'm a member at Jims RC boat dock I run Gas boats and I'm interested in building an electric one and I was hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction I was thinking of a 36 inch sprint cat from Aeromarine just don't know much about electric boats Thanks

        Several of us run that hull so there is a considerable amount of information available. I have raced one for over five years. Depending on your use this is a 6S hull for sprint or offshore racing. I use a 1527/1Y motor, Castle ICE 240 and have run 6S/2P 5000 packs. SpeedMaster 40-size hardware with props between an x450 to x455. This is a great hull, I strongly suggest the classic hatch since it is easy to make waterproof. FE equipment and water DO NOT mix.
