outerlimits high 60's setup?

Hi i have the hk outerlimits https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...or_870mm_.html i am trying to get mid or high 60s if possible without burning anything up? Any tips or a setup idea would be amazying!!Thanks

You can achieve that without burning up anything, but that hull isn't going to handle it well
