Sodering help please

OK I have a Hydra 240 and am using 5.5 mm connectors on my fleet .... how do I get those wires into the connectors?

One fits but two....................

What am I missing?

George, solder one wire to the other wire about 10mm above the main connection wire.

just solder the 2nd wire to the outside of the plug then shrink wrap

Thats the way I do it for the motor wires. For the Batt wires I took Mad Mikes idea and bridged the two red and two black wires together. It seems to work great.

This may be the "hillbilly" question of the year... but with soo much huge wire, why not just start wire nutting these things and electric tape around them as to not vibrate loose. Just for your info I have never done this in any of my rc's but really, thats alot of wire and a wire nut at least on motor side seems feasable.

I think Castle should come up with a "Special" double bullet setup since thier ESC's are the only ones that have this many wires. My Father came over the other night and was looking at my HV180 and asked "Where the heck do all those wires go".
