Newbie question

Hello all,
I'm new to RC and I have some questions I hope you can answer. I would like to put a camera on an RC boat so I can get some close-up waterfowl pictures. I'm wondering if someone would recommend a particular style of boat for this purpose. I don't know anything about controls, servos, receivers, etc, so I would need something ready made, if possible. I would really like to put a motor and control equipment along with a camera into a goose decoy, but I don't know if that's feasible. Thanks in advance.
