Kintec Racing , Still in Business ??

I hate to post this question on this forum about an OSE competitor but....

I have sent Kintec numerous emails with ZERO replies.. Just wondering if they have folded up shop ??

any info would be helpful .

Nope they are still in working order , just got a email from them just an hour ago.

There are many stories similar to yours.
The theme seems to be, Hang on your order will eventually show up, he just doesn't have time to communicate with is customers?

Less than 24 hours after my order they emailed me a tracking number and sent me the receipt. I have ordered from them multiple times before with no problems. Hope you get your issue sorted out.

I have bought a ton of parts from them in the past with no issues.
This case is not about an order , I am simply asking for some more info on one of his pre-built high dollar Boats...
You would think that he could take the time to answer them....????

I own my own RC upgrade parts business for 1/5 and 1/4 Scale cars .
I have distributors world wide as well as my own site , trust me when I get an email or contact request I respond in less than 1 hour on Every Single question... Common business sense , and common courtesy IMO ....

I'm done with it at this point , I'll find another seller who actually wants my money and business .

Yup, at least there is consistency here.
I ordered something last week and within hours I got tracking notice from PayPal. Then another order right after that and nothing. But I do know that in the end I get everything I want from Jan, I am ok with that.
I try to stock up as many parts as possible and in a pinch, I am always amazed at the fact that I don't need to depend on a shop for supply. This may seem crazy, but it lowers my blood pressure.
