What temp is too high for esc and motor?

Hi all, I am pretty new to FE. I have a question regarding temps of ESC and motors. I have search but there doesn't seem to be a concrete answer.
What is the highest temp that an ESC can reach and still be considered in the safe zone?
On my ESC, the highest temp reach is 53.39 C. Is this too high or is it still in safe mode?

I pulled this data off the datalogger built into my Swordfish Pro+ 220.

The temp is fine, especially since it's taken right by the FETs and not measured externally by a temp gun. Thermal protection is 100C on that ESC.
