Not to my knowledge. Heck, not even at any of my local hobby shops. I get mine right here from Steven. About every third order or so I pick up a can. That and some GrimeReaper grease.
The stuff has many more uses then just our hobby, ball hitch, garden equipment, electric car antenna, etc. WD40 will work in a pinch, but it has nowhere near the adhesive, protective, and longevity.

Academy sports sells it in dfw in fishing dept. Look corrosionx up on web and call, they'll give you local distributors.

you can use wd or tranny fluid Ect. and a soft nylon or brass brush Corrosion X is good stuff and will prevent the green corrosion from happening !!

Just from personal experience, wd-40 should be avoided for just about everything. It is good at displacing moisture but the residue it leaves behind isn't good for much of anything. Just my opinion.

Agreed! If WD-40 can dissolve adhesive residue, it can, in the long run, weaken plastics and rubber "O" rings such as those on the motor cooler , another reason why I do not recommend using that as a lubricant when installing the water cooler, I use 100% silicone shock oil R/C car guys use.

I have been using wd in my shop since my nitro days never had any problems. I use it for everything from cleaning, Handy & quick lubrication, polishing,,Ect Ect. On all my electric connections I use Rail Zap, which leaves a lasting film
