Yeah the mhz drives are kinda weird in that they will have some negative from the factory, a lot of people have run them un modified so I would say just set them as high up as possible, also use a digital caliper and measure from the top of the drive to the bottom of the hull will probably be like 15mm or something, always important to make sure they're symmetrical. I've modified them for less negative only to end up dialing negative back in once at the lake so I think you'll be fine as is.

I'd move the packs up a solid 1.5-2 inches and test again, I know you said its a 37% cg but without seeing where the packs are its difficult. These fast boats can take more weight up front that people usually think and your setup should be pretty fast.

Mike is right, a little negative on the drives will help. If your motors and ESC's are in the right place, you will end up having half of the lipos just under the deck lip (roughly) but if bouncing the cg needs to be a little forward, half inch at the time is a good start.

Do you have video of the boat, or perhaps a better description of what you mean by "bouncing"?
The following can cause the boat to take short hops at speed:
        *props spinning outward
        *too much negative drive angle
        *improper drive toe

I don't have video yet, I'll try too get someone to take one for me.
What I see Is the transom seems too be doing the bounce, and I do have the props spinning outwards, I think I'll spin them in and see what happens.

Changing the rotation of your motors is part of the solution.Gill

I think shes trying to go fast and the outward rotation isn't letting the hull free itself at speed making for a bumpy ride. Awhile ago I ran the props on my mystic spinning out, turning was better but pulled more amps and was much slower/overall horrible ride.

you'll see a big, favorable change when you try again.
