I'm not sure on my placement of my water inlets I don't see much water flow! Temps on speed controller are at 120f high & 98f average ,motor temps about 105f to 110f my runs are 4:00minutes setup is twin 4082 leopard 1600kv ,cc200hv , using 42mm octura props battery's are 5000mha 65c 4s making 8s1p per motor

I would not consider those temps too high. Especially if that is after 4mins on 8s and 1600kv. It is really tuff to see the spray at speed especially on a white hull.
But you can always 'tune up' the flow. Teardrop the intakes with a Dremal. Are the intakes going in at a 90degree angle? A rounded pipe is better for an easier flow.

The OP doesn't need to change anything, his temps are just fine. Not seeing the water exiting means nothing. Why folks think that 120F is too hot astounds me, I guess it is because of the BS posts by guys claiming their boats come in with the electronics "cold". You cannot develop power with FE boars without generating heat. I have even heard some posters claim their boats came in colder than when they went out! In over 30 years of FE boating I have never seen that happen....

Those temps are more than fine on 8s for that boat. If you had a cooling problem temps would be much higher. More importantly though, have you checked with a large caliper to make sure the drives are parallel to each other? Oh and with what Fluid said, 120 is totally fine especially on 8s.
Please don't take this the wrong way, but if the drives are even a millimeter off from each other it will show, the picture might be deceiving but I strongly suggest making sure everything is lined up properly, the motors and escs will work less if alignment is 100%.Comment

I agree with the above, if those pickups are not picking up enough water then I don't know what will? Those temps seem fine for such long run times. It's hard for me to see in the picture, but are you cooling ESC's first and then the cooling tube to the high point of the can? If yes that can create an air trap, you should connect the water into the motor from the lowest point to ensure the can fills up before it exits. If running water into the high point, the flow will be very random. Don't worry about not seeing water coming out of the exits, at the speed you need to push water through the pickups, you don't see much but rooster tail. Why?
It's better to have 1 pickup in The right spot and knowing water is coming out. In your case which one has the best flow? Upper lower? It's proven that the best flow is created as close to the tunnel and transom as you can get. Having pickups far from the tunnel may risk that the pickups are not touching water when the boat runs proper. I'm about 37% on cog and I'll guess the drive angle is neg? They are all the way up not sure on the degree would have to do some mods too get them up more ,might need to redo my battery tray. I set them up with my nue 1527 motors but used these leopards for initial testing. They seem to be a lot lighter than the nue's no 100% sure what too try firstComment
