    NQD jetski brushless conversion help

hi i just recently bought some nqd wave choppers and did a brushless conversion with a surface drive but i'm having major cavitation issues, especially in turns, i know i have plenty of power and prop ratio on a simular size boat it works fine but i'm kinda puzzled on this one any help would be greatly appreciated :)

here is the video of it running.

    thanks in advance

    cheers

What is that prop? a X435? if so try a X437. I think it is just not enough prop in water.

x430 prop with a 3900kv bl motor on 3s spinning about 45,000 rpm its by no means running that hot but im afraid if i increase diameter of the prop that much it might break the .098 flex or get hot. the hull is 21 inches long. hope that helps with suggestions

        thanks srislash :)

Oh, just a 430. Well then either a x432 or a 435. The 098 will be fine with either but you are correct, don't go any bigger. This setup reminds me of my old brushed motor days. Small boats,.098 cables, and nicds.

It was my experience that the smaller props would cavitate but not a x435. It was big enough to grab.
