What's the time frame? I have 3 boats in my head that must get out of there before spring or I may suffer some sort of embolism.

Never mind. Found it. Two months is not enough time for any of the boats in my head.

I am not really sure of the deadline but have been concerned about it for my entry. It is an online thing. Just register as member and do your build thread.
          I'll find out the deadline

Thank you TS davis , now that I know it's an ON LINE thing , I couldn't be bothered. I thought it would be a nice weekend thing to do and get a chance to see up close, some of the builds and converse with other members of the same interest. And I don't need any carbon Fiber anyhow ,lol, so thats it for me. Maybe I'll go to the WRAM Show in NY if I can find out when it is , Thanks Chip

Me too. It's not really about that with these build things though. It's about strutt'n yer stuff and thinking outside the box......er......boat. The cool thing is when you get some free thinkers working on these kind of build contests. Guys that throw the box in the garbage. Guys like Naylor. No offense to any of the contestants. Randy and I argue about all kinds of things but I envy his imagination.

Some guys can do neat things inside the box too. Doing things clean and straight has it's own value.

Keith is going to change the deadline to Memorial Day Terry, you can knock out a couple by then can't ya?hehe

And I agree, it does not have to be all 'blingy'. I have a funky AC Lazer 40 on there.

                        Yes....yes I can.

Better call my buddy Eric. Need to fire up the wire EDM machine.

One of them will be easy. Carbon Pursuit. Drill holes. Tighten bolts.

The other two will be wood and I haven't even put pencil to paper on them. All in my head. Which I suspect my mother dropped me on in my youth.

Well thank you very much, but I don't think I'll be doing it. And if I was I'd probably enter this boat to compete.
