I am looking for good advise before I make purchase. I am also looking for a different more output esc. no swordfish or sea king.

I would suggest a Swordfish 240 HV esc paired with Neu 1521 1y motors on 6S. If no Swordfish then you could try an Etti 150 esc.

That hull definitely doesn't need 1521's and hv esc's to run fast

I don't see why the tp motors won't get you close to where your wanting to be.

I also second kfxguy. I think the boat just needs to be tuned and propped correctly to reach your 80mph goal. The setup I listed should make the 90s easy and should far exceed that.

It probably dont...but don't you just love overkill? Lmao! Two 15 18 ' s would likely be enough. I know my little 1518 is a mini beast of a motor. ....two of those together....holy what!

                          How about the neu 1515. I was saying 1415, 1509 , 1512 or 1515.

Use the 1518s like kfxguy suggested the 1515s have too much kv for that setup.
