Wiring and connectors?

My setup is coming together. Here is where I am for my 'power system':

Motor - Leopard 4092/1730kv (Going for the TP4050 next)
Batteries - 6s 2p 10,000mah
ESC - T180 for starters till my MGM 28026-3 LITE arrives.

I used to hard-wire everything but that's not going to happen with this application.

So...
I have been searching the forum trying to determine the best connectors and wire size to use when wiring the system. Going for a bulletproof setup. Search results led me to a plethora of connector options:

8mm bullets
6.5mm bullets
Green Castle 6.5mm (I've herd of White Castle...yummy)
5.5 bullets
EC5
Traxxas

My over kill mentality says go 8mm bullets. But it seems they are not as widely used as some of the others.

What would you use for connectors and wire for the above mentioned components?

Where do you source the connectors and wire?

Since you have a setup which can draw a lot of amperage (poor little T-180!) I'd suggest 8 to 10 ga. wire and 6.5 or 8mm connectors.
