    Hydra HV 120A burnt!:(

    Hi,
    As i used to purches this item

    but now it damaged ,no sound from ESC ,but lighting(,burnt evident with not overvolt,amp)

    I have tested many times ,but seem no help,so i need to make a cliam .
    How to claim,and where to return product to?

    Please help me,it's big buck .

        sorry ,i throw out receipt when i open package box

        I think offshoreelectrics.com can prove that i order from here.

          Login on the main store page, then click on my orders, then details, then you will see a invoice from your last order, print it out. Should work for a receipt.

            Thank all,will send for fix tomorrow!

            But i just brought cheap HV ESC

            TURNIGY Sentilon100A HV 2-12S
            for fun first,a little bit sad for damage with HydraHV.

              That is sufficient for a receipt...anything with a purchase date on it. :)

              Send the ESC in...we'll get you fixed up. Be sure to put the details of what motor, prop, battery, etc you were using.
