NEEWER® Mystery 200A Cool Water Brushless ESC Speed Controller

Does anyone have any info on these? I tried to do a search on here and didn't come up with anything. Are they worth the $50 or would it be another headache?

They really really don't like water, and are a bit of a pain to program but, I have one here that is still fairing well. Have heard not to take the 200 rating too serious as it is more like 150.

I figured for an esc rated at 200a for less than $60 you can't take the ratings too serious. I'm upgrading my Genesis to a leo 4082 so my current T120a Aquastar won't handle that motor for long so if your saying 150a or so is the actual rating it's a little better I guess.

          Well,just so you know alpha, the 200A mystery isn't a hi-model, it's a suppo ESC.
I bought one of these recently and I can tell you, they're a pretty good esc, but do not let it get wet. I put mine in my mean machine with a 3674 Mill & an m442 prop. It got wet the first time, i let it dry out and it was ok. it got wet a second time and it started getting all whonky. I tried the third run on it and it killed it. next time I get one its going inside a watertight box.
