Old school outboard help

I bought this outboard and have no idea who made it or how old I need to replace the bearings in the lower unit behind the prop any info would be a great help

Come on guys, wheres all the outboard gurus ?. the outboard itself is in real nice shape bull*!***!***!***!** you know and the motor that's on it is a 540 mill. he's trying to find out what size the bearings on the prop shaft are so he can replace them. there are no markings on the outboard.

Thanks for the info any idea what size the bearings and where I can buy new ones also it's my intention to run this with a 3600 kv 380 motor and run it on 2s think it will work I'm going to mount it on a Dumas skivee 14" wood boat any idea what prop I should run

get a caliper and measure the bearings.

prop i would run something like x432 or 435. just me tho
