In NAMBA everything smaller than S and T have 10,000mAh limit. In S and T you are allowed 12,000mAh total.

The paralleling rule was removed because many factory packs are already paralleled internally. Was technically making otherwise legal packs illegal. Was a pointless limit anyhow.
