Anyone runing there 220amp esc in race mode?

Is that a timing mode?? I run one in P-Mono and just use the custom settings. About 2 degrees for D winds and 12-15 for Y winds. If you don't have one, get the programing box. Much easier to use than the card and more options. No hassle with loading on your computer either unless you need the data logging.

Are you referring to the start up setting? I know it says that FAST START is best for racing, but the Swordfish runs best set up on SOFT. It's easier on the drive line also.

More power, giving me more speed for top end performance?

No. It only controls the acceleration time of the motor. Has nothing to do with more speed, power or top end.
