I have question about the cooling plate. I had some water in my boat so just to be safe I removed the shrink off the esc to make sure it was dry.
It looks like the heat transfer pad really wasn't touching the top of the fet's because of the diameter of the one motor wire. What I was wondering was can I remove some of the pad around the wire so it might sit down I little better. Also could I replace the plate with a old water jacket of my 120 esc I had.
